NPO in collaboration with APO, Japan has organized 05-days Training of Trainers in Material Flow Cost Accounting (MFCA) from 02 - 06 September 2019 at Islamabad
National Productivity Organization (NPO), Ministry of Industries & Production) in collaboration with Asian Productivity Organization (APO), Japan has organized 05-days Training of Trainers in Material Flow Cost Accounting(MFCA) from 02 - 06 September 2019 at Islamabad. Total 18 Participants attended the training including 8 participants from Indonesia, IR Iran, Philippine, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam, and 10 local participants from various cities of Pakistan. The aim of training was to provide a platform for company executives, environmental management professionals, and MFCA practitioners to exchange experiences and knowledge of waste management and MFCA application.
The Training was conducted by three international experts, from Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore. This Training helped the participants to understand the concept of good practices of MFCA implementation while helping the APO raise awareness on Green Productivity and sustainable development
The participants learned various MFCA concepts, methodology and its impact to productivity and sustainability. MFCA Implementation can help organizations to achieve many International Standard e.g. ISO 14051, 14052 and 14053. You also learned the MFCA implementation steps, designing and conducting trainings on this important subject as a trainer.
This training program was designed to transfer, and share MFCA expertise for developing Trainers who could work to bring change and improve productivity in their respective organizations, and prove to be important resource to work as trainers and consultants to improve productivity in other organizations.
