NPO has organized opening ceremony of Made in Gilgit Project on 7th December 2016 at Gilgit Baltistan Chamber of Commerce & Industry (GBCCI), Gilgit. Mr. Fida Muhammad Nishad, Speaker Gilgit Baltistan Assembly was Chief Guest. The ceremony was also attended by Mr. Mr. Fida Khan, Minister, Ministry of Tourism, Mr. JoharRaki, Vice President, Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Mr. Fareedudin, Secretary Commerce, Govt. of GB and Mr. Mr. Shakeel Ahmed, Senior Vice President, GBCCI.

The participants appreciated the initiative of the National Productivity Organization for Made in Gilgit project under USAID-Small Garnts and Ambassador Fund Program. They also requested that government should initiate similar projects for entrepreneurs’ development and uplifting the livelihood of local community. The ceremony received coverage from the print media and published in local news papers.
