In this age of innovation, information, communication and technology, economic trends are shifting swiftly, so the SMEs of Pakistan must strive to overcome the constraints by adopting knowledge-based approach. Time has come that we should realize our weaknesses and collectively moves ahead for Pakistan’s prosperity by connecting people from a variety of levels both in public and private sectors. Productivity, innovation and knowledge-intensive activities are imperative for our industry to compete the challenges in a global climate.

The answer to all these limitations is concealed in one word i.e. 'Productivity'. NPO-Pakistan endeavors to provide value added services to the SMEs. Therefore a new concept of 'Innovation and Quality Centre' has been assumed to facilitate our industry in re-aligning its systems by amalgamating it with innovation and knowledge base. Basically this concept facilitates innovative, proactive and open approach towards business management. It focuses on Breakthrough Ideas, Learning & Knowledge Sharing and Value Creation. The theme of IQC is "Thinking out of the Box".
